I had some bets that I have placed using my bonus funds. Will I receive the amount in my cash balance or my bonus balance?
Bonus funds have not been transferred over to your new Ontario account. We do have a record of the bets you place on the existing PowerPlay site, however. Please contact customer support who can review these bets and make any adjustments to your account.
